Marcus Mustafa is Global Head of User Experience at DigitasLBi, a
marketing and technology agency with offices throughout the world.
As such he has worked on behalf of big name clients such as BT,
Coca-Cola, E.ON and Cathay Pacific Airlines, becoming one of the most respected user experience experts in the world.
Having graduated from the University of Stockholm with a BA in Masters of Media, he became a Digital Manager at Spray (later Razorfish) in Sweden. He joined DigitasLBi in 2005 as Head of User Experience Architecture, taking on his current role in 2011. He is a regular judge at many high-profile advertising and media awards and speaks often at user experience conferences.
