Andy landed his first D&AD pencil before he’d landed his first job and aged just 21, after only 12 months in advertising, he became D&AD's youngest ever judge.
From a co-owner at industry changing indie agency St.Luke’s to Creative Partner at global network Havas, Andy has helped brands big and small make their mark in pop culture. The diversity of his award winning work is testament to his permissive approach - from long form entertainment; design and AI to installations; product innovation and children’s books. Andy is also an exponent of the role creativity has to play in tackling societal and environmental issues. An inaugural winner of the D&AD white pencil for his work on the world’s most sustainable typeface he is also behind the multi D&AD pencil wining ‘Black Plaque Project’, which seeks to address the issue of posthumous prejudice in Britain.
