Avni Patel is Design Director at Post Wave UK, the new London subsidiary of Post Wave Publishing, a leading Chinese publishing house. Prior to this, she was art director at Thames & Hudson for a number of years. Upon graduating from the Royal College of Art, she set up Patel & Co., a collaborative design studio working across organisations in the arts, charity and publishing sectors.
She has lectured on undergraduate and postgraduate design and typography courses and currently mentors under-represented individuals who would like to work in design.
