Ian Haworth is responsible for setting the overall creative strategy and vision for the global RAPP network, ensuring that standards are consistently high across all markets.
He spends half his time in the UK and the rest across the network, particularly the US. Ian works closely with clients across the RAPP network, including Virgin Media, Time Warner Cable and Toyota to name a few.
During his career, Ian has won over 85 awards and spoken on creativity all over the world. He has sat on the juries of all the major awards, including Cannes, Caples, the Echoes, IPAs, IDM, d Campaign Big and Dubai Lynx as well as chairing many, including D&AD.
Ian is a truly international, hands-on creative director who has experienced all aspects of the creative department. His career began at 17, when he started working as a tea boy and studio junior.
