Introducing the Shift New York Class of 2020
Amelia is a Brooklyn-born aspiring creative director, multimedia artist, and fulltime hustlepreneur.
She specializes in graphic design and long-form copywriting as a freelancer, with a complex background in psychology, marketing, and customer service. Amelia has honed in on her gift of visual storytelling, working to strengthen the social influence of local boutique brands like Radical Women BK, NOK Beauty, and Liberated People.
She creates snappy yet whimsical collage art under the art moniker, Guavamush. When she's not in the throes of writing compelling copy or cutting away at vintage Life Magazines, she's scouring the web for something new to learn and add to her repertoire.
Her ambitions are wide, her drive is insatiable, and her motivations are fairly simple; the goal is to change the world one mind at a time, planting seeds specifically in the heart.
