Debbie Millman, the host of one of the world's best podcasts in design Design Matters, interviews creative director Carlos Bayala, and they touch upon his illustrious career, his work as global creative director for Mother in London and executive creative director at  Wieden+Kennedy in Portland, how art influences the best creative advertising and what drove him to launch 'New'. 
Carlos Bayala is currently the co-founder and creative director  of 'New', a creative agency focussing on complex communications problems in London, with Alex Pentland, Director of Human Dynamics at MIT Media Lab. He's been instrumental in designing an effective communication strategy for the Colombian Peace Agreement.
