Disfrutar Vol. 1 is the first book from the prestigious restaurant Disfrutar, considered the fifth best in the world and holder of two Michelin stars. The chefs have a very particular way of working in that they document, classify and photograph all of the recipes they develop, and keep them in binders containing roughly 100 recipes each. The concept of the binder formed the basis of the book's design, representing the role of the binder in their everyday work and creative process. The work is complemented by another volume in sewn book format. The two volumes are presented in a slipcase.
