There is an increasing number of homeless people, struggling during the cold months. The City of Stockholm’s directive to open temporary shelters when temperatures drop below -7 degrees, but few people manage to find them, and therefore, we created an emergency system through Clear Channels digital billboards. Based on weather data, distance and time, those who are homeless where referred to the nearest open shelter when the temperature dropped and as a result many of the related organisations have witnessed new faces that have appeared during the winter.
