Brief
ROBINSON is the new Sunday weekly cultural supplement of 'la Repubblica', leading Italian newspaper with a daily circulation over 350.000 copies. ROBINSON is designed like a magazine with different sections, each one with its own graphic and editorial identity. ROBINSON is printed in the same format and paper as the main newspaper 'la Repubblica'. The first issue was released on November 27th, 2016.
Solution & Cultural Context
ROBINSON is designed like a new format for a cultural supplement. The front of the magazine is a long form reading flow of different stories where we combine many languages: illustration, infographic, photography. The central part is the cover story, developed like in a magazine, with an opener and six pages. The back of the magazine is the 'REVIEW' section, designed in a different style with more templated layouts.
