The Transport Accident Commission launched a provocative campaign urging people to rethink the speeds they drive at.
It depicts seven different outcomes in an incident between a young boy on a bike and a car approaching at seven different speeds.
At Blackbird, we were set with the task of building one seamless camera move, numerous dust, debris, glass and smoke FX and a full CG takeover for the lift up to full speedo reveal. Almost every live action asset was built and crossed over into CG land, making it imperative that everything stayed photo-real and convincing from first to last frame.
