ElaN LANGUAGES is a small online translation website. But the Goliath of online translations, Google Translate makes it almost impossible for other services to stand out. To prove that the tool created by ElaN is superior to Google Translate, we put both tools to the test. A taste test. We translated a Japanese recipe using both ElaN and Google Translate. A chef prepared the two translated recipes and we served the different dishes to passers-by. With a clear winner. The recipe translated by ElaN was far more precise, and therefore tastier, than the one translated by Google Translate.
