With the help of illustrator Geoff McFetridge, BBDO New York created a quirky cast of running characters to demonstrate the inclusiveness of Foot Locker. Each illustration was a lighthearted invitation, allowing runners to look for themselves and their friends amongst the playful characters. Runners who follow other runners too closely. Runners who occasionally get hit by birds. Runners whose silly running embarrasses their running friends. The campaign was hugely successful in positioning Foot Locker as an understanding and supportive partner in the running community.
