Toyotas are so reliable nobody ever bothers to open the bonnet. Which begs the question, just what is going on under the hood? Del Campo Saatchi & Saatchi Spain developed an app capable of recognising any Toyota licence plate in Spain, and rendering the car's exact colour and model. The interactive app then let users peer beneath their Toyota's bonnet, offering a host of witty, sexy and outright scary stories. Users saw everything from suspicious burials and surreptitious love affairs to seances and screaming undead children. The unsolved mysterious generated direct entertainment for Toyota's audience.
