Jill Hannes was born in 1987 in Honolulu, HI. It is there that her love of photography took over when she was asked to take photographs for a school project. She received her BFA in photography at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco in 2010. Since she has interned in NYC for varies photographers and magazine. She now lives and works in Los Angeles, CA.
