Chef Kai Semple started NorthSouth Soup in 2011 after working in some of London's best restaurants. His passion for locally sourced ingredients and honest, handcrafted recipes saw him sell soup north and south of the river, which led to the brand's name. Accept & Proceed's rebrand gave NorthSouth Soup perforated slipcase packaging and a new logotype, which playfully uses the letter H as a fulcrum.
