In a tribute to D&AD, Lobo created a short film that summarises five decades of the D&AD Awards, recalling memorable pieces of design and advertising that won a coveted D&AD Pencil. Including famous spots for Honda, Cadbury's and Old Spice, over 20 references were picked from the immense D&AD archives and reinterpreted using 2D and 3D animation, stop motion, live action and puppetry. With each ad's narrative linking with the next, the flowing, surreal sequence reflects the ambiguous and unpredictable nature of memory and creativity.
