Japanese fashion brand Zucca needed a new line to attract younger customers. In a radical overhaul, Village turned Zucca into a supermarket, complete with trolleys and appropriate packaging, design and displays. New clothing items were designed according to the supermarket motif and were packaged in the aluminium containers usually found in Japan's market aisles. The new look clearly communicated lower prices and a friendlier everyday lifestyle.
