Front Assist helps a Volkswagen keep a safe distance from the vehicle ahead. It gives the driver time to react and avoid accidents. In order to advertise this new technology, we came up with the “You react better when you’ve got more time to think” concept. Based on that idea, we created three ads showing situations in which a few seconds made a big difference in the way the characters reacted. At a beauty salon, at a romantic date and during a conversation with a writer going through a crisis, a little extra time would avoid embarrassing accidents.
