Japanese Museum of Childhood

Award: Wood Pencil

Wood Pencil / Writing for Advertising / Writing for Press & Poster Advertising / 2013

The Museum of Childhood isn’t simply a repository for old toys. It makes people realise just how incredible childhood really is, especially that amazing capacity for invention and learning. Through a collaborative process with illustrators, we explored solutions to convey this message on posters. We penned some merry statements that were embellished with vibrant and playful illustrations, and brightened up the streets of London.
