It encourages them to use Australian beef, veal, lamb and goat responsibly. The aim: to creatively inspire culinary wizards to do good things with a product that is usually the hero of the menu. Attention to detail and variety makes Rare Medium a pleasure to look through. Each spread is carefully constructed with a variety of typographic layouts and illustrations, and meticulous photography and food styling.
