This was produced in collaboration with luxury fashion retailer Club 21 to commemorate the opening of the Comme des Garçons Singapore boutique. Each cover in the collection is individually handcrafted and assembled with a patchwork made up of editorial spreads from Club 21 magazines, Comme des Garçons hang tags, and pieces of printed graphics and magazine tear sheets. The covers are then finished with graffiti- style numbers and letters. The outcome is unpredictable and original. The content explores what it means to be a woman in a man’s world and spotlights the work of nine independent female artists and photographers.
