When the BBC launched a website curating 200,000 paintings, until now held in private hands, for the public to enjoy for the first time, we wanted to create a campaign that delivered the same promise of discovery. Working with conceptual artist Giles Revell, we produced living paintings, constantly changing, evolving and developing. Like every visit to the site, the viewer would enjoy seeing something different every time.
