Award: Graphite Pencil

Graphite Pencil / Film Advertising Crafts / Direction for Film Advertising / 2012

This short film follows the story of a group of kids who followed their dream to start a football team, even though their island offered no flat surfaces. The film was shot entirely in local dialect and cast using children from Panyee itself. The story spread virally across the wider sports community, with two million views on YouTube, and through subsequent international news stories.
