The objective of this campaign was to tell the ugly but historical truth of World War II in Asia to a new generation. Unlike the war in Europe, history remains a very sensitive subject in the Asia Pacific region. Our aim was to create a stir by exaggerating our own propaganda to such a point that it made people doubt it. By making people question history we started a dangerous but necessary debate.
