British Airways First defines a new level of style, service and comfort for the world’s travelling elite. Design consultants Forpeople and Tangerine worked together with British Airways’ in-house design experts on every aspect of the new BA First experience. They drew on BA’s rich heritage to create an exclusive experience based on timeless design and understated luxury. Every feature of the cabin was extensively researched and meticulously designed to ensure customer satisfaction and create an intimate private jet experience on board. Gadgets and gimmicks were resisted in favour of simplicity and quality.
