IL is dedicated to contemporary trends and consumer interests, and uses current events as the key to understanding changes in lifestyle. Its market is a contemporary audience that looks for unconventional and reflective content. The idea is to give readers ‘soft’ news as if it were ‘hard’ news: in a serious, journalistic style. It’s a publication that always tries to reinvent itself, creating and designing different modules in every issue. The design takes inspiration from the magazines printed in the 60s.
