To celebrate City Lodge’s 25th anniversary as the agency’s client, we took their customer-focused promise of ‘Feel at Home’ a step further and made City Lodge feel like we’re all one family. We collected memories the same way a family would have 25 years ago – on home video. A scuffed and aged VHS sleeve contained a moulded cassette, which opened up to reveal two DVDs containing a reel of all the ads we’d done together, plus old, embarrassing photos from parties and other interactions the agency and client had had over the years.
