Skittles believes life is better when you add a little colour and fun. So we took something our fans were doing every day on Facebook and added some rainbow power to it. We built a live call centre/online film factory that sucked in their status updates and turned them into Super Mega Rainbow Updates. A fan just typed in his update, then our call centre staff recorded it as an awesome film and posted it back to the fan’s wall in mere minutes. Our fans created 21,000 Super Mega Rainbow Updates in just two weeks. Very super.
