In 2008 consumers saw Comcast as the big, bad, outdated cable company. Our job was to let people know that Comcast had some pretty cool technology, and in doing so, convince a few people to actually kinda like us. So we created Comcast Town, a place where technology lives and squirrels play guitars. In Comcast Town people don’t talk about their Comcast TV, phone and internet services – they sing about them.
