We like food but we don’t like the idea of it being wasted. Chef’s Special encourages Australian chefs to be more creative with red meat by thinking further than the fillet, and to use Australian beef, veal, lamb and goat responsibly. Mash was approached to update and modernise the design and overall feel of the publication. Mash art directed stylist Simon Bajada and photographer John Laurie, bringing Chef’s Special a new look that aims to inspire culinary wizards to do good things with a product that is usually the hero of the menu.
