Our annual issue about money had a twist in 2009. The cover featured George Washington as depicted on the one-dollar bill, winking at the reader as if he knows something we don’t. The feature pages are filled with articles, photography, and illustrations that relay the idea that these days, financial worth is all in the mind of the beholder.
