In-flight Safety Video
Wood Pencil / Branding / Brand Communications in Moving Image / 2010
The brief was to make the essential Thomson in-flight safety video more engaging and entertaining for passengers, and therefore more effective and memorable. So we cast an unlikely crew of kids to charter the plane. The crew, passengers and even the pilot were all under the age of ten, yet they run through the safety features of the plane with all the professionalism and panache of a real life cabin crew. The resulting three-minute film leaves passengers charmed and reassured as they embark on their journey. The film ran on all Thomson flights (a fleet of 80 planes), which carry a total of 4.8 million passengers a year.
