The 'Love. Cover. Hong Kong' diary is a tribute to Hong Kong. The designer used various book covers to illustrate different people’s individual stories. We witness the stories of the band maniacs, café owners and a young girl training hard to be a swimmer. We share the love between father and son, unity between school-master and his students. We sense the aroma of the fruit market, and hunger for the Chinese roast poultry, traditional bakeries and the wonton noodle. We also mourn for the closing of an 80-year-old grocery store. The designer aims to remind people about environmental protection, and the importance of preserving tradition and caring for people.
