Award: Wood Pencil

Wood Pencil / Writing for Advertising / TV & Cinema Advertising / 2008

Two New York policemen find themselves in a shootout with two outlaws. In the middle of this raging gunfight, one of the officers remembers he has a reservation at Per Se, one of the hardest restaurants to get into in New York. His partner tells the outlaws about this predicament. Fortunately the outlaws know the restaurant and have actually dined there. They agree to stop shooting so the policemen can go. They then resume shooting. In some cities this might seem odd but this is the city that’s seen it all. Except for the Tribeca Film Festival.
