People don’t really think about where their meat comes from. So BBC Three commissioned a program showing the whole gory process from farm to table via abattoir and butcher. We wanted to make a trail that was neutral, didn’t give away the show and didn’t make people feel queasy. The result is a stop-motion film taking us from carcass to roast to live chicken.
