The objective of the project was to reinvent and define the company profile through a dual level method design process. We formed a product language and colour system for current objects and set a precedent for future products. Through design, we highlighted new market opportunities and defined a new product, without the stigma of a hearing prosthesis – the personal communications assistant (PCA), a lifestyle product.
