Our clubhouse in Narita Airport, designed by Klein Dytham Architecture together with our in-house team, has been revitalised to attract an increased number of Upper Class passengers within an existing CIP lounge space. Inspired by Tokyo, with its sense of innovation, the new design is a predominantly open space, but cleverly uses screens to separate areas into individual rooms. The brief was to refresh the current lounge, reflecting the personality of Japan, providing 40 per cent more seats, supporting the brand’s clubhouse service, and improving the service features to match our other lounges, while retaining a consistency of brand and design values.
