Fitch rebranded the fast-fit car care brand in line with HiQ’s plan to revolutionise the way fast-fit car care is delivered. Fitch’s brief was to emphasise HiQ’s honest and reliable service, and to develop a fresh retail format that would set new standards. The new branding uses a palette of blue and black, a move away from the traditional colours used by fast-fit providers. The branded environment communicates the openness of the repositioned brand by using simple language, illustrations and glass walls to allow customers to see the garage floor. The reception environment is uncomplicated but welcoming, and creates an atmosphere of simplicity and reliability in which to experience HiQ’s service.
