Hello. We are Thoughtful, an ideas agency for the 21st Century. For us, being Thoughtful isn't just about the big stuff, like making sure our clients are happy and coming up with brilliant creative ideas. It's about taking care of the little things too. Like printing all our stationery in-house, as and when we need it, using 100% recycled paper and a bog standard laser printer. Keeping our email disclaimer as short as possible to avoid wasting paper when it's printed out. Even using our stamps to make it a little easier for the postperson to deliver our letters to the right place. And we know you're probably busy so going over the 120 word limit wouldn't be very –
