Michael Arnold is a registered acupuncturist. He wanted to target local businesses with this message: acupuncture can help cut staff absenteeism caused by work-related stress. We selected 20 companies where we knew people worked long hours. They all had over 100 full-time staff. <br/>We contacted the heads of Human Resources Departments, explaining the extent of the problem caused by work-related stress and how our client's nearby acupuncture service would be the perfect solution. All we asked the heads of Human Resources to do was pin Michael Arnold's card up on their notice board. We offered them a cost-effective way of keeping staff healthy and happy, with minimum inconvenience on their part.
