Set in Manhattan, the spot recreates the festive, friendly and slightly bizarre moments of 2003 blackout. We follow one man's journey as he sees New Yorkers walking around the darkened streets interacting with strangers they normally would not have the time of day for. We see people carrying candles, directing traffic and giving away free melting ice cream, proving that sometimes things just need to switch off for people to switch on. SUPER: Good thing can happen when your phone's off.
