Peepshow is a collective of illustrators, designers and animators who promote their work through exhibitions, projects, presentations and a group website. The challenge in designing the website was to structure Peepshow’s vast portfolio in a way that is easy and fun to explore. Based around the idea of an old-fashioned slide show the site offers the user two ways of navigating, either via names and project titles or visually via randomly scattered slides. The photographic carousel and slides are manipulated in Flash to create a tactile, simple navigation that is brought to life by subtle animation and sound.
