Photographer's Profile:
Antoine Bruy (1986) is a french photographer graduated from the Vevey School of Photography in Switzerland in 2011. His work studies people and their relationship to privacy, their physical environment, and to the economic and intellectual conditions that determine them. His work has been shown in group shows internationally and has been featured in numerous publications worldwide.

Project Description:
These photographs are from my series 'The White Man's Hole' about the town of Coober Pedy in South Australia, which is considered to be the 'Opal Capital of the World'. 'The White Man's Hole' is the second chapter of a wider on-going project called 'Outback Mythologies' about the Australian Outback and its importance for Australian identity.
