Thomas Ralph: Darkest Hour

Director's Profile:
I'm a London based director with a keen interest in factual, social and DIY storytelling. After graduating Film at UAL, I joined CAVIAR in-house director assisting. Over this time I have been building my own reel and developing my style. In 2016 I was nominated for Best Dance Newcomer at the UKMVA’s and also won The Homespun Yarn competition for this entry, 'Darkest Hour'.

Film Description:
As Brexit kicks in and the UK embarks on a new political and social path; this film seeks to portray, listen and understand the generation to be most affected and whose situation was decided for them, the British youth. Commissioned by Homespun Yarns 2016, the brief was to creatively interpret Lyves' track 'Darkest Hour' - whether as documentary, short-film or music video.
