New Blood Entry — Pearson Organic Learning

To support the regular up-skilling required by the transitional 2027 workforce, Pearson developed 'Pearson Organic Learning', a digital platform which motivates learners using a personalised career goal and an agile, peer-to-peer learning experience. Relevant career paths are mapped out based on data about learners, skills and aspirations. Once a learner selects their path Pearson constructs a digital 'learning tree' which grows as the learner progresses. Each 'learning tree' is assembled from projects that develop required skills. Learners can collaborate and access peer learning trees for inspiration. Pearson's Organic Learning enables people to adapt and progress in a rapidly changing world.
