New Blood Entry — Overloaded

This concept aims to translate key points of Too Much Information into experience felt by the viewer.

It does this by engaging them in a task like a quiz, then unexpectedly introducing intense and disruptive stimuli to simulate sensory overload.

These intense intrusions make the task more difficult, hopefully giving the viewer a visceral experience of the additional difficulties that people with autism can face in everyday situations.

The example I have provided uses a non-interactional quiz format, which can also provide information about Autism before the disruption occurs. Importantly, this concept can be developed further into interactive media.
