The image I have taken is from a series about pregnancy. It shows a big moment in time where the father is cutting the umbilical cord. Out of all of my images I have picked this one as it shows a lot of emotion around pregnancy and also shows culture in this moment in time. The images were taken from the families’ point of view and were all shot on colour film.
