The Drop Room We choose to relocate parts of the staff from hotels to airports. This gives guests a better service and Holiday Inn a chance to make a great impression during the first crucial hours of the trip. The check in experience will be more enjoyable and hotel spaces more relaxed and customer focused. It also means more chances to say Hello and better opportunities to build customer relations.
