New Blood Entry — Morgan Swain

I wanted to visually express how using Batiste as a styling product boosts the user’s confidence and their hair. I looked at the coming trends to inform my colour palette and decided to use subtle, sophisticated fragrances to appeal to a wider audience, as well as working in harmony with the user’s current perfume. High contrast fashion style photography felt in line with the brief, dressing the models in plain but contemporary clothing to retain focus on the hair and crowns. The condensed sans serif type reflects the styling of current fashion editorial, with flashes of colour lifting the cans as well as further differentiating between the limited edition fragrances.
