Naomi Hirabayashi

Art Director, Graphic Designer
After studying retail design and signage design at Musashino Art University, Naomi joined Shiseido's Creative Department, where she worked on graphic design and packaging design for many cosmetics products. Her first branding/art direction project, a cosmetic brand called FSP, won D&AD Yellow Pencil, NY ADC Award, Tokyo TDC Award, JAGDA New Designer Award, and GOOD DESIGN AWARD.
After working for a design office in London for a year, Naomi has been freelancing since 2005. Currently, Naomi works as an art director at PLUG-IN GRAPHIC in Tokyo, she is involved in creative direction, branding, visual identity, corporate identity systems, and design for apparel brands, stores, musicians, and many other fields.
PLUG-IN GRAPHIC won the D&AD Most Award Ad Agency in 2015.
